They were tired, fed up, of the Legion's unwillingness to change and the half-arsed efforts of His Eminence, Card De Paolis to clean house, the phoney charism, the continued rule of Maciel cronies, the money-making, the Mexican Telethon...the manipulation of Spiritual Direction, the hard recruiting of gullible boys and girls...
