Well, now, it is probably common knowledge by now that two of the lads have flown the coup. They were tired, fed up, of the Legion's unwillingness to change and the half-arsed efforts of His Eminence, Card De Paolis to clean house, the phoney charism, the continued rule of Maciel cronies, the money-making, the Mexican Telethon...the manipulation of Spiritual Direction, the hard recruiting of gullible boys and girls...
Now I can't mention names because of the Legion principle of "discretion" and because they might sue me or you or a girl named Sue
But I can give you a couple of hints that might stand up in court....
One if called D. for Dick, David or ...and the other is P....Peter or Paul or Patrick....
Hint number two: they are back on the auld sod. They want to remain padres...
